SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIME

PRODUCTION TIME

Our current production time is 7-10 business days.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. PLEASE be prepared for delays in shipping times around the holidays, especially with winter weather conditions.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders ship via USPS First Class (2-5 days) or Priority Mail (1-3 days; insured to $100).

Upgrading to Priority Mail DOES NOT decrease the production time. It also does not guarantee an arrival date. We are not responsible for items delayed or lost by USPS; only the recipient can contact USPS regarding their parcel, and file an insurance claim if applicable. 

Orders of $40+ will ship for free via USPS First Class with an optional Priority upgrade.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders ship via USPS First Class ONLY and can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. Any taxes, fees, or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are outside of our control. Please be aware of your country's policies when purchasing.

SIZING, CARE, & MATERIALS

All of our cuffs (engraved & wire wrapped) are one-size-fits-most (not intended for young children). Gently manipulate the opening to your desired size; it's best to set your cuff just small enough to stay on so that repeated opening/closing is not required as this will weaken your jewelry over time.

Our cord jewelry is also one size fits most: this adjustable style will expand to 3" in diameter (9.5" around) and adjust down to the smallest of adult wrists.

Necklace length/size can be found on each listing.

All of our metals are non-tarnishing and require little care to maintain their beauty. Limiting water submersion & direct application of beauty products (hair sprays, perfumes, lotions, etc.) is ideal to maintain the condition of your jewelry.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry, so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Returns & exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis. 

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Please review our current processing & shipping estimates to ensure your order will arrive on time; no refunds will be issued for "late" items.

Our jewelry does contain small pieces, and it is expected that you will use your judgement when deciding whether they are appropriate for your child. Our jewelry is not intended for young children for whom it may present a choking hazard.

All materials are listed for each item, but skin sensitivities are not uncommon. Please be aware of any issues you might have before purchasing, we are not liable for any reactions caused by our jewelry.

I do my best to photograph & describe each item accurately, but as is the nature with hand-crafted items, pieces will vary slightly from the listing images (specifically in alignment, spacing, and letter/image depth). Colors may also vary in appearance based upon your display & device settings.
